It is far and few between that I meet a couple that is so affectionate with each other that even a stranger photographing them doesn't throw them off...even one bit! They even caught me off guard as I found myself just wanting to watch them...ya know, in like a good romantic movie sort of way. haha!
When I first met Nathan and Madison, my initial thought was that they create an atmosphere around them that is immediately contagious. They pulled up to our engagement session location, GlenWild Stock Yard (which was amazing by the way), and Madison got out of the car and immediately gave me a hug. She was full of smiles and he was full of joy just watching her smile. They weren't nervous or hesitant about the shoot but just excited for the new journey they were starting together. Whenever I, or any photographer, comes across a couple like this, your immediate reaction is similar to a touchdown dance. haha!
These two made my job SO easy! I mean look at them just having THE best time with each other, like I wasn't even there...fly on the wall.
And speaking of dancing. Madison recently opened her own dance studio in Grenada, MS calledLegacy Dance Studio, which fits perfectly with Nathan's career as a Personal Trainer over at Snap Fitness. They both made me second guess my exercise routine to the point I almost asked for a few tips. haha!
As well as dancing and fitness, these two are quite the dog lover's as well. When Madison and I were planning her engagement session, she had asked if her "Sadie Girl" could join in on the fun, which of course I said yes to. Her adorable little Pomeranian was definitely part of the family and as a fellow "Fur Mom" I was all for it!
The best part about this whole engagement shoot was that they just embraced the weather. It was cloudy, a bit dreary, but Madison stated she was okay with it because it fit the mood of fall wedding. Their wedding is October 2018 and I CANNOT WAIT to capture these two on their day. Madison might me one of the most beautiful bride's I've seen yet.
Congratulations Nathan & Madison on a love that inspires others...even your photographer.
